About Cap'n Lou Underwater Photography

I am Lou Howell, the owner of Cap'n Lou Underwater Photography. My wife Reine and I would like to welcome you to our website.

I was born and raised in Florida and have always had a love for the water. When I started diving in the mid 70’s, I discovered the real beauty that is underwater with the variety of colors of fish, soft corals, sponges, and the reef. I have connected to this beauty with my photography and want to share these images with people who share my love for the underwater world .
